By accessing and purchasing from KD Desserts LLC, you agree to the following:

• All products are made-to-order.

• All sales are final.

• A $25 minimum order is required for delivery.

• Delivery fees are non-refundable.

• Customers must be available at the scheduled delivery time.

• KD Desserts is not responsible for incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

• Orders may not be canceled once preparation has begun.

We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
